"The world as we have created it is a process of our thinking.

It cannot be changed without changing our thinking."

My Story

I've always been drawn to patterns — the beauty in visual forms, the stillness that comes from walking a labyrinth, the curiosity in how emotions and behavior repeat and flow. And the deeper I've gone, the more I've found what quantum physics suggests: observation changes the pattern. Recognition is already the beginning of change.

I first explored patterns through clay, art, textile design, and nature photography. Art shows you movement. It reveals rhythm, repetition, and the places where creativity and possibility live. Over time I began to see the depth underneath — not just in visual forms, but in the way people think, communicate, and respond.

That thread followed me into a career in technology. Decades in product management building digital products and leading cross-functional teams taught me how organizations operate under pressure — the workflows and processes that drive decisions, the communication loops that form and break down, and how team dynamics ultimately determine what ships and what doesn't. From the outside it looked like strategy and execution. Underneath, it was pattern work.

Those same environments contribute to — and often drive — an accumulation of emotional and physical stress. An introduction to Qigong (Life Force Energy) changed everything for me. What began as a simple practice led to an unexpected emotional reset that changed how I understood energy, emotion, and awareness. It revealed the depth of our internal patterns — and how recognition, combined with intentional repatterning, can open life-changing pathways.

While continuing in product management, I pursued formal training in Chinese Energetic Medicine, eventually earning a Doctorate in the field. I trained as a Master Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Mental Emotional Release®, and hypnotherapy. I am ordained as a Christian mystic and shaped by years of Buddhist study. These experiences ground my work in contemplative spiritual practice. Over time, Eastern and Western frameworks stopped feeling separate and became different lenses on the same human process.

Today, through The Still Point Works, I bring all of this to the work. The world we live in is set up to keep you in a persistent state of overload — moving fast, reacting faster, with little space to pause. This work supports you in shifting that. Not by slowing the world down, but by finding the still point within it.

Clients often describe the work as grounded and unexpectedly precise — less about dwelling in the past, more about opening to what's possible.

When patterns shift at their root, the impact may be quiet, arrive with a roar, or land somewhere in between — either way, it changes how you feel and how you respond.
