Personal Responsibility
Participants are responsible for their own physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being during and after participation. Participants are encouraged to engage at a pace that feels appropriate and to modify or discontinue any activity as needed.
By participating, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily engaging in the Program and accept
responsibility for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes.
No Medical or Mental Health Advice
Information provided during Programs, presentations, discussions, written materials, recordings, or related content is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical, psychological, or emotional condition.
If you have concerns regarding your physical or mental health, please consult an appropriately licensed healthcare professional.

When recordings are included as part of a Program, access details, availability periods, and any usage restrictions will be communicated separately.
The Still Point Works may create audio, video, or written recordings of teaching content for participant access, educational purposes, future programs, digital products, or a member resource library.
Participants will be notified in advance when a session or portion of a session is being recorded.
Participant sharing, discussions, questions, release work, breakout rooms, and other interactive or personal portions of a Program may be excluded from recordings at the discretion of The Still Point Works.

Registration, Cancellations & Credits
Registration is required in advance unless otherwise stated.
Space may be limited, and registration is not guaranteed until payment has been received.
Single Classes
Registration fees for single classes are non-refundable.
Because registration reserves a limited space and helps cover venue, planning, and program costs, refunds are not provided for missed or canceled attendance.
Registration may be transferred to another person with advance notice to and approval from The Still Point Works.
Transfer or credit options may also be offered at the discretion of The Still Point Works.
Workshops
Workshop registrations help cover venue, planning, and program costs. If cancellation is received more than fourteen (14) days before the workshop start date, The Still Point
Works may offer a transfer, credit, another accommodation, or a refund less any non-refundable processing or platform fees.
Cancellations received within fourteen (14) days of the workshop start date are non-refundable.
If a participant's space can be filled, The Still Point Works may, at its discretion, offer a refund less any non-refundable processing or platform fees, a transfer, or a credit regardless of the cancellation date.
Series & Multi-Session Programs
Missed sessions are not refundable.
Recordings, materials, or make-up opportunities may be provided when available but are not guaranteed unless specifically stated in the Program description.
Once a series or multi-session program has begun, refunds are generally not available.
If a refund is approved, any non-refundable processing or platform fees may be deducted.
Extended Programs
Additional payment, cancellation, withdrawal, participation, and completion requirements may apply to extended programs and will be provided during registration.
Where program-specific terms differ from these Participation Terms, the program-specific terms will govern.
If a Program Is Rescheduled
If a Program is rescheduled, registrations will automatically transfer to the new date.
Participants who cannot attend the rescheduled date may contact The Still Point Works regarding available
transfer or credit options.
If The Still Point Works Cancels
If The Still Point Works cancels a Program and does not offer a replacement date, participants may choose
either:
A full refund of the registration fee paid, or
A credit toward a future offering.
Minimum Enrollment
Some Programs require a minimum number of participants.
The Still Point Works reserves the right to cancel, postpone, combine, or reschedule a Program that does not meet minimum enrollment requirements.
In such cases, participants will be offered a full refund or a credit toward a future offering.
Weather, Emergencies & Force Majeure
The Still Point Works reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, move online, modify, or cancel any Program due to severe weather, natural disasters, public health concerns, venue closures, instructor illness, travel disruptions, utility outages, government actions, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Participants will be notified as soon as practical using the contact information provided during registration.
The Still Point Works may offer a transfer, credit, refund, or other accommodation as appropriate to the circumstances.
Participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements and related expenses. The Still Point Works is not responsible for costs incurred due to weather, travel delays, lodging reservations, transportation disruptions, or other expenses associated with attendance.
Venue Responsibility
For Programs hosted at partner locations, participants are responsible for complying with the policies and requirements of the host venue.
If a venue becomes unavailable, The Still Point Works may relocate the Program, move it online, reschedule it, or issue a credit or refund, as appropriate.
The Still Point Works is not responsible for venue policies, parking availability, accessibility limitations, or circumstances beyond its control.
Voluntary Participation in Physical Activities
Certain Programs may include gentle movement, breathing exercises, meditation, qigong, visualization, journaling, or other experiential practices. Participation is voluntary, and participants are responsible for modifying or discontinuing activities as needed.
Participants are responsible for determining what is appropriate for their own physical condition and circumstances.
Technology Requirements
Participants attending online Programs are responsible for providing their own internet access, devices, software, and technology needed to participate.
The Still Point Works is not responsible for participant-side technology failures that interfere with attendance or access.
Community Guidelines
Programs that include private online groups, discussion forums, messaging platforms, or community spaces are intended to support learning and respectful interaction.
Participants agree to engage respectfully and professionally with other members.
The Still Point Works reserves the right to remove participants from community spaces for behavior that is disruptive, abusive, harassing, discriminatory, threatening, or otherwise inconsistent with the purpose of the Program.
Removal from a community space does not automatically entitle a participant to a refund.
Payment Plans
If a payment plan is offered, participants are responsible for completing all scheduled payments according to the agreed-upon terms.
Failure to complete payments may result in suspension or termination of access to sessions, materials, recordings, community spaces, or other Program benefits until the account is brought current.
Personal Belongings
Participants are responsible for their personal belongings while attending any Program.
The Still Point Works is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property.
