Classes and Workshops

Small-group experiences for clarity, emotional steadiness, and practical change.

These classes are experiential and skills-based. They focus on how emotions and stress actually operate—so you can respond with more choice, presence, and confidence in daily life.

Each class is offered periodically. Join the waiting list to be notified when registration opens.

Boundaries: Clear, Grounded, Sustainable

Online series + in-person single-session classes

Boundaries aren’t about being tougher or saying more. They’re about clarity—internally and externally.

This offering includes:

  • a longer online class for deeper learning and integration

  • standalone in-person sessions, each focused on a specific boundary theme

These classes are not sequential and don’t require prior attendance. Each stands on its own.

The work explores why boundaries collapse under stress, how old emotional patterns override intention, and what helps boundaries hold without guilt, shutdown, or over-explaining. The approach is practical, embodied, and grounded in real-life situations—not scripts.

Anger Release Workshop

In person · Durham · Application required

This workshop explores anger as an emotional and energetic signal—rather than something to suppress or override. Participants learn how anger relates to boundaries, voice, direction, grief, depression, and withdrawal, and are guided through structured, body-based processes to safely release long-held emotional energy and restore clarity.

The in-person workshop is followed by three online integration sessions to support processing, stabilization, and real-world application. The emphasis throughout is on containment, clarity, and integration—not venting or catharsis.

Participation is by application to ensure appropriate fit, pacing, and support. The workshop is offered in small groups.
