The Process
The MER® process at The Still Point Works unfolds through intentional, step‑by‑step support designed for deep clarity and integration.
Step 1 — Free 15‑Minute Call
A brief conversation to see if MER® is the right fit, clarify your goals, and answer any questions about the process.
Step 2 — Schedule & Confirm Your Pre‑Work Session
If it feels aligned, you’ll receive a link to schedule the pre-work session and confirm payment for your MER® program. This reserves your spot and provides access to the pre‑work materials and planning session.
Step 3 — Pre‑Work Session (1 hour)
We clarify your focus areas—career, relationships, family, health and fitness, personal growth, and spirituality—and identify what you most want to create or shift.
Step 4 — Two Core Sessions (3–4 hours each)
Ideally held on consecutive or closely scheduled days, or combined into one intensive day:
Session 1 — Personal History & Values Mapping: We explore relevant personal history, clarify core values, and identify the greater problem or pattern driving current symptoms. This creates a precise focus for the work.
Session 2 — Release, Alignment & Goal Setting: We facilitate the MER® release process, align beliefs and behaviors with your values, and set clear goals with future‑pacing so the changes translate into daily life.
These sessions are guided, conversational, and focused on clarity and resolution rather than reliving the past.
Step 5 — Three Integration Sessions (1 hour each)
These sessions reinforce alignment, refine your goals, and strengthen new choices as they become part of your daily rhythm.
