Sessions are held remotely via Zoom. If you’d like to explore the possibility of an in-person appointment, please send us a message.

Please be in a quiet, private space where you won’t be disturbed. Use a reliable internet connection and, if possible, headphones. Have water, tissues, and a notebook nearby.

Many clients experience emotional release and a deep sense of calm. It’s nice to leave some quiet time after your session to rest, reflect, or go for a stroll. Avoid scheduling back-to-back meetings or social activities, and allow your system space to integrate what’s shifted.

No. Emotional release sessions are not recorded. This work is designed to help you release what’s been held — revisiting or replaying it later can reintroduce emotions or patterns that were already cleared. We want the release to stay released.

You can reschedule up to 24 hours in advance using the link in your confirmation email or by contacting us directly.

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Sessions canceled or missed with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable and will be forfeited.

Please let us know as soon as possible, and join as soon as you can. We’ll make the most of the remaining time together, though sessions will still end at the scheduled time. If the issue is on our end, we’ll make it right.

No. Our work is coaching, educational, and energetic in nature — not psychotherapy or medical treatment. We do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe.

No. Services are self-pay.

Some clients have been able to use HSA or FSA funds, but eligibility varies by plan. Please check directly with your plan administrator to confirm what’s allowed.
