My work is centered on helping you release what’s been weighing you down—emotionally, mentally, or energetically—so you can feel more clear, balanced, and at ease.
Each session follows a grounded framework that guides the process while allowing space to adapt to what’s emerging in the moment. We work at the level where emotions, thoughts, and energy intersect—helping what’s been held or hidden come to light and move.
Drawing from both Eastern and Western approaches, sessions are structured, practical, and responsive—supporting clarity, calm, and lasting change.

NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming)
Our inner language shapes how we think, feel, and respond. NLP offers effective ways to uncover and reframe unconscious patterns or beliefs, helping you gain new perspective and make clearer choices.
Mental Emotional Release® (MER)
When insight or conversation isn’t enough, MER follows a proven sequence to release the emotional charge connected to past experiences—without needing to relive the story. This client-centered process, grounded in neuroscience, supports deep resolution and forward movement.
Energy Work & Release Practices
These methods help shift emotional and energetic patterns that may be keeping you stuck or drained. Sessions can include forgiveness work, cord cutting, or guided energetic processes to clear attachments, restore balance, and create space for renewal.
QiGong
