Our emotions and beliefs guide how we make decisions, form relationships, and respond to life.
But when negative emotions or limiting beliefs take hold, they can keep us stuck — replaying the same reactions and patterns no matter how much we try to change.
The Root Emotional Release Intensive helps you clear those emotional and mental blocks without having to relive every detail of the past.
Through a guided process, you’ll release stored emotions such as anger, sadness, fear, guilt, or shame, along with limiting beliefs you may have — like “I’m not enough” or “I can’t trust anyone.”
As that weight lifts, you’ll notice more ease, focus, and choice — the ability to respond from a calm, centered place instead of reacting from old emotion.

You don’t need to relive every past event; instead, the focus is on releasing what’s still held emotionally and energetically, so you can move forward with greater clarity and alignment.

What happens during a Root Emotional Release Intensive?
Each Intensive begins with releasing stored anger, sadness, fear, hurt, guilt, and shame — emotions that often sit beneath stress, burnout, or repeating patterns. The process is guided and conversational, focused on awareness and release rather than reliving the past.
How long does it take?
This work happens at the unconscious level, and every client releases at a different pace. The Intensive is structured as two sessions of about 2–3 hours each, which reflects the average time needed for most clients to complete the initial stages of release.
Can I do it all in one day?
Possibly. Some clients prefer to complete both parts of the Intensive in one day. If you’d like to explore this option, please include a note when scheduling your first session so we can confirm availability and discuss whether that approach feels right for you.
What if I don’t finish all the emotions in two sessions?
That’s completely fine — each person’s process is unique. The two sessions cover the average time most people need to complete the core release work.
If additional time is required, we’ll schedule an additional paid session to complete what’s needed.
This work is layered — just like your emotions. As you go deeper, you may uncover new layers or related emotions that surface for clearing later. Many clients choose to return for additional sessions when they feel ready to continue the process at a deeper level.
What if I just want to work on negative beliefs?
We can absolutely discuss where you’re at and what you’d like to focus on. The established framework for this work exists for a reason — beliefs are deeply connected to underlying emotions. Following the full process ensures the release is complete and sustainable.
How is this related to MER®?
Root Emotional Release is a subset of MER® (Mental Emotional Release®), based on the same principles and process of releasing stored negative emotions and limiting beliefs at the unconscious level. The Intensive focuses on the core emotional release portion of the MER® framework.
How should I prepare?
Plan to be in a quiet, uninterrupted space. Sessions are emotionally releasing, so it’s important to allow yourself downtime afterward for integration and rest.
Can I record the sessions?
No. Recordings aren’t permitted for emotional release work, as listening again can reintroduce emotions that have already been cleared.
