Offerings refers to all services, sessions, digital products, and other materials made available by The Still Point Works.

By accessing the Website or purchasing any Offering, You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If You do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of the Website and Services.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Website or purchase Offerings.

2. Goods and Orders

“Goods” refers to any digital content, downloads, courses, or similar products made available through The Still Point Works, along with time-based services such as coaching, intensives, or programs (collectively, the “Offerings”).

By placing an Order for any Offering, You agree that:

  1. You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract; and

  2. The information You provide—including payment details and contact information—is complete and accurate.

A contract for the purchase of an Offering is formed once payment is successfully processed. The Still Point Works reserves the right to refuse or cancel any Order if:

  • The product or service is unavailable or described incorrectly,

  • Payment cannot be processed, or

  • Fraudulent or unauthorized activity is suspected.

If an Order is canceled after payment, You will receive a prompt refund.

3. Availability and Accuracy

We strive to ensure all information, pricing, and descriptions of Offerings on our Website are accurate. However, from time to time, errors or updates may occur.
The Still Point Works reserves the right to correct such errors, modify content, or discontinue Offerings at any time without notice.

4. Pricing Policy

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted and are subject to change at any time before purchase.
Once an Offering has been purchased, the price confirmed at checkout applies.
Discounts or promotional pricing may be changed or discontinued at any time.

5. Payments

Payment for all Offerings is due in full at the time of booking or purchase, unless a payment plan is explicitly provided.
We accept major credit cards and other approved payment methods securely through third-party processors. The Still Point Works does not store payment card details.

For service-based appointments or sessions, cancellations or reschedules require at least 24 hours’ notice.
Sessions canceled or missed with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable and will be forfeited. Once a session has taken place, all payments are considered final.

For digital products or online programs, all sales are final upon delivery or access. Refunds are only considered in limited cases, such as duplicate purchases or technical issues preventing access to the product.

If You believe an error has occurred with Your purchase, please contact Us within 7 days at contact@thestillpoint.works so We can review and resolve the issue.

6. Returns and Refund Policy

Because many of Our Offerings are digital or service-based, all sales are considered final once services have been rendered or digital access has been provided.

Refunds are only considered in limited cases, such as:

  • Duplicate purchases, or

  • Technical issues that prevent access to a purchased digital product.

If You believe an error has occurred with Your purchase, please contact Us within 7 days at contact@thestillpoint.works so We can review and resolve the issue.

For service-based appointments, cancellations or reschedules require at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions canceled or missed with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable and will be forfeited, in accordance with the Client Agreement.

All content on this Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and digital products, is the property of The Still Point Works and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or share any materials from this Website or Our Offerings without written permission. Limited personal use is permitted for Your own educational or informational purposes.

At times, we may reference general themes or patterns that arise through our work together — always in a non-identifiable way and never including personal or confidential details.

From time to time, clients choose to share feedback about their experience. With your permission, testimonials (written or verbal) may be used for educational or promotional purposes. These are used anonymously, unless you have provided written consent to include your name or likeness.

For group classes, workshops, or events, photos or short video clips may be taken for use on our website or social channels. Participation in these images is entirely optional and will be confirmed as part of class or event registration.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Still Point Works and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use Our Website or Offerings.
Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by You for the applicable Offering.
