What can I bring to a session?
Anything that feels unclear, stuck, or emotionally charged — from a work issue to a relationship dynamic or decision you’re facing. Sessions focus on real situations and what’s happening right now.
How long is a session?
You can book either a 60-minute or 120-minute session. The 60-minute format works well for focused topics or decisions. The 120-minute option provides more time for deeper exploration, multiple themes, or integration.
What can I expect during a session?
We’ll talk through what’s happening, look at what might be driving it, and reframe how you see or respond to it. Sessions are conversational and aimed at practical insight and movement.
