A Venus Moon Sponsored Workshop
Energetic and Emotional Release Workshop
It’s over.
So why is it still with you?
Some experiences end, but don’t fully leave us.
We still feel them in our reactions, our thoughts, our bodies, and our energy. Sometimes they keep repeating long after the situation itself is over.
This workshop explores how emotional and energetic patterns remain active beneath the surface — and how to begin releasing them.
Blending guided processes, emotional awareness work, energetic practices, and embodied exercises, this class offers a grounded approach to working with what still feels unresolved, heavy, charged, or difficult to let go of.
We will explore:
❋ Emotional and energetic patterns that remain active
❋ Reactions, attachments, and recurring emotional loops
❋ Guided release practices
❋ Awareness and grounding techniques
❋ Ways to reconnect with greater clarity, steadiness, and self-trust
No prior experience is necessary.

About Caryl Rappaport
Caryl Rappaport is the founder of The Still Point Works, where she helps people understand and work with the emotional and energetic patterns that shape their lives.
Drawing from her doctorate in Chinese Energetic Medicine and advanced studies in Buddhism, Christian Mysticism, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and Mental Emotional Release (MER), her work blends Eastern and Western disciplines with a practical, grounded approach.
Her work focuses on recognizing the patterns operating beneath the surface, releasing emotional charge, and changing how people respond, relate, and move through life.
Before founding The Still Point Works, Caryl spent decades leading cross-functional teams and large-scale initiatives within Fortune 500 companies and startups. That experience continues to shape her work today, bringing structure, clarity, and practicality to areas often approached in more abstract ways.
