Small Group Series

Some work deepens in a small structured group.

Small Group Series are structured, time-bound cohorts designed for focused exploration of a specific theme within a small, intentional group.

Groups are intentionally limited in size to preserve depth, confidentiality, and meaningful participation.

The group setting creates a relational field where patterns become visible more quickly and new responses can be practiced in real time.

This is guided, applied work — not passive discussion.

Recognize what is active — in yourself and in the relational dynamic of the group.

Release accumulated emotional charge that can drive reactivity, avoidance, or repetition.

Repattern responses so they emerge from clarity and grounded choice rather than automatic conditioning.

How the Series Works

Each series centers on one theme and runs for a defined period of time.

Within the group, we work through a clear structure:

Sessions include guided reflection, structured discussion, and practical application.

The structure provides a clear framework, while leaving room for the real conversations and experiences that arise within the group.

Areas of Focus

Each series centers on a defined theme within the Recognize–Release–Repattern framework.

Areas of focus may include:

Boundaries & Energetic Integrity — clarifying emotional and energetic limits, strengthening discernment, and responding from grounded awareness.

Working with Emotional Energy — understanding anger, frustration, grief, and stress as forms of energy that can be directed constructively.

Release & Letting Go — working with resentment, attachment to old narratives, and unresolved emotional charge.

Perspective & Reframing — examining interpretation and expanding the range of perspectives available.

Grief & Loss — creating space to move through grief, loss, and life transitions.

Change & Transitions — developing steadiness during life shifts and identity realignment.

Forgiveness as Practice — reducing the emotional charge tied to past experiences.

Gratitude as Orientation — intentionally directing attention toward what is present and supportive, even alongside challenge.

Embodied Integration — integrating new responses and patterns so the work becomes lived rather than conceptual.

“I loved working with Caryl. She is incredibly insightful and an amazing listener. Caryl is able to go right to the heart of the matter what's going on with someone using only a few probing questions; truly a talent!

Caryl's patience seems endless, giving a person time to reflect. She has never been pushy, respecting a person's limits and gently pushing only as the client accepts. Additionally, as a healer, I've had personal experience with her being able to provide relief in the midst of having COVID .”
