Anger Release Workshop

In person · Durham · Application required

Anger is emotional and energetic information.

It is often connected to boundaries, voice, direction, grief, depression, and withdrawal. When it isn’t understood or integrated, it can surface as reactivity, resentment, collapse, or emotional numbness. When it is worked with directly, it restores clarity, strength, and forward movement.

This workshop explores anger as information rather than something to suppress or discharge blindly.

Participants are guided through structured, body-based processes designed to release long-held emotional energy and restore internal clarity and steadiness. The emphasis is on containment and integration — not catharsis.

The in-person workshop is followed by three online integration sessions to support continued processing and real-world application.

Participation is by application to assess the pattern of anger present and determine whether the format and techniques align.

Offered in a small group setting.
