Creating Space to Hear Yourself

A Workshop for Releasing Energetic & Emotional Patterns

It’s over.

So why is it still with you?

Some experiences end, but don’t fully leave us.

We still feel them in our reactions, our thoughts, our bodies, and our energy. Sometimes they keep repeating long after the situation itself is over.

This workshop explores how emotional and energetic patterns remain active beneath the surface — and how to begin releasing them.

Blending guided processes, emotional awareness work, energetic practices, and embodied exercises, this class offers a grounded approach to working with what still feels unresolved, heavy, charged, or difficult to let go of.

You’ll experience:

❋‍ ‍Grounding Qigong exercises and guided meditation

❋‍ ‍Understanding where emotions are stored in the body

❋‍ ‍Five-Element emotional mapping

❋‍ ‍Emotional and energetic release practices

❋‍ ‍Guided exercises and group practice

❋‍ ‍Practical techniques you can use at home

❋‍ ‍Discussion, reflection, and Q&A throughout

No prior experience is necessary.
