The Studio Series

Small-group programs lasting 3 to 8 weeks, each focused on one theme.

What is the Studio Series

The Studio Series gives us time to explore a subject beyond a single class.

Each series focuses on one theme over 3 to 8 weeks, combining learning, guided practice, discussion, and tools you can use between sessions.

Groups are intentionally kept small, creating room for questions, conversation, and individual experience while learning alongside others.

How it works

Sessions within a series use my 3Rs Framework™:

Recognize

Recognize what’s happening within you and around you.

Notice your patterns, responses, beliefs, emotions, energy, or whatever is relevant to the theme.

Release

Release stored emotional and energetic charge.

Work with what may be getting in the way: an old pattern, emotional charge, belief, or energy you’re ready to let go of.

Repattern

Repattern to respond from clarity and choice rather than conditioning.

Explore and practice different ways of responding, relating, or moving forward.

Sessions may include guided reflection, discussion, Qigong, meditation, energetic practices, and practical application, depending on the focus of the series.

Studio Series’ may explore:

Stop Taking Things Personally

Explore why certain interactions get under your skin, what keeps the emotional charge going, and how to stop carrying it with you.

Clear What Isn’t Yours

Learn to recognize when emotions or energy may not be yours, clear what you've taken on, and strengthen your awareness of your own energy.

Trust What You Know

Explore what gets between your intuition and your choices, and create more space to hear yourself and act on what you know.

Stay Grounded Through Overwhelm

Learn practical Qigong, energetic, and grounding practices for times when you're overwhelmed, scattered, or depleted.

My approach

My approach depends on the person, the situation, and the goal, but it often starts with recognition: noticing the patterns, emotions, beliefs, experiences, and other influences that may be affecting how you respond.

Those influences rarely stay neatly contained in one area of life. They can show up in our relationships, choices, reactions, and how we see ourselves — often without us realizing what’s connected.

I love helping people connect dots they didn’t know were connected, clear what’s getting in the way, and see possibilities they hadn’t considered.

My training spans Eastern and Western disciplines, including Chinese Energetic Medicine, Qigong, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Mental Emotional Release (MER), Huna, and years of study in Buddhist and Christian contemplative traditions.

Ready when you are.

Not sure where to begin, or if you’re ready? That’s okay. Just book a call, and we’ll figure it out together.

We'll talk about your goals, answer your questions, and explore whether this work could be right for you.
