Calm lake with reflections of the sun, surrounded by distant mountains and a cloudy sky.

Sometimes you know something’s off.
You’re stuck in a cycle you can’t seem to get out of.

Sessions focus on what’s active right now — stress, conflict, grief, reactivity, a decision you keep circling, or a pattern that won’t shift.

We work through what brought you here and go deeper where needed.

This work follows a simple structure:

Recognize. Release. Repattern.

Not every session moves through all three. The direction depends on what’s happening, what’s needed, and how much time we have.

The 3 Rs

Recognize

We begin with the issue that brought you in.

It may be:

  • A specific situation

  • Chronic overwhelm

  • A boundary that keeps getting crossed

  • A recurring negative belief or emotion

  • A thought pattern that won’t quiet

  • A physical stress response tied to emotion

Recognition phase is not about endlessly retelling your story. We focus on what’s active now — and how it’s impacting you.

The goal is clarity. To see the pattern clearly enough to pause. Take a breath.

That pause is the still point — the moment where you can choose your response, instead of defaulting to reaction.

And that moment changes what happens next.

Recognize what’s happening within you and around you.
Release the stored emotional charge.
Repattern so responses come from clarity and choice rather than conditioning.

Repattern

When emotional charge releases, space opens.

From that still point, new responses can be strengthened and integrated.

Repatterning makes responding more natural than reacting.

Over time, familiar situations feel less charged. There is more space between what happens and how you choose to respond.

The goal is flexibility and choice in situations that once ran on auto-play.

Release

Once identified, we work with the emotional charge maintaining the pattern.

Sometimes the shift is immediate. Sometimes the work moves into deeper or layered patterns connected to it.

Sessions may draw from:

  • Qigong-based breath and movement practices

  • Meditation and guided awareness processes

  • Chinese Energetic Medicine

  • NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming)

  • Mental Emotional Release®

  • Structured anger release

  • Forgiveness and gratitude practices

  • Boundary recalibration tools

Tools are selected based on what is present and what will be most effective.

Session Formats & Investment

Work is offered one-to-one or in small group settings (typically 3–5 participants).

Individual

Sessions are structured by time, not topic. The length determines how much we can realistically address — and that varies by person.

75-Minute Session - $288
Focused on what’s current. A situation, reaction, or stressor that needs attention now.

2-Hour Session - $500
More space to trace patterns beyond the surface and work more thoroughly with what emerges.

Extended Session (2–2.5 Hours) - $1111
A deeper dive for layered or long-standing patterns that benefit from sustained focus.

Packages
Customized packages are available for longer-term work.

Group

Small groups allow for shared insight and discussion as part of the process. Hearing how patterns show up in others often brings clarity to your own. The structure remains focused — we work with what’s present, not general conversation — and the shared environment can deepen perspective.

If you’re interested in participating in a small group, schedule a brief consult or reach out to discuss upcoming opportunities.
