My approach is rooted in the belief that true healing happens when we reconnect with our natural rhythm—when mind, body, and spirit are invited back into alignment.

I draw from a unique blend of ancient Eastern healing and modern mind-body techniques. Each session is intuitive, practical, and tailored to what you’re experiencing in the moment. Together, we create space for what’s been stuck to move, for what’s been unclear to become visible, and for what’s been heavy to lift.

Tools I draw from include:

Chinese Energetic Medicine
Working directly with the body’s meridian and organ systems to clear stagnation, release stored emotion, and restore energetic flow. This method is both subtle and deeply effective.

NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming)
Language matters. Our words and thoughts shape how we experience life. NLP offers practical tools to uncover and shift unconscious patterns, outdated beliefs, and inner conflicts—so you can respond from a clearer place.

Mental Emotional Release® (MER)
Sometimes we know something is stuck, but talking about it isn’t enough. MER is a gentle yet powerful process for letting go of emotional baggage tied to past events, without needing to relive or rehash the story. It’s a client-centered approach grounded in neuroscience and used by therapists, coaches, and integrative wellness practitioners.

Somatic Awareness & Energetic Tracking
Many answers live in the body, just below the surface. By attuning to subtle sensations, breath, and energetic patterns, we access a deeper intelligence—one that knows exactly what needs attention, and in what order.

QiGong
Rooted in ancient Chinese medicine, QiGong uses gentle movement, breath, and intention to restore energetic balance and support emotional clarity. I may integrate short sequences into sessions or offer them as follow-up tools to help you reconnect with your body’s natural rhythm and regulate your nervous system.

Guided Meditation
Simple, focused meditations can help you stay connected between sessions and ground your awareness in the present. These are often personalized based on what’s emerging in the work—whether you need help calming the mind, restoring focus, or supporting emotional integration.
